This page is to answer frequently asked questions, aka a FAQ.

What is CEO? 
CEO is the acronym for Council of Ethnic Organizations, which is a student fee funded organization at the University of Houston.

What are the dues for CEO? 
You pay your dues when you pay your tuition, we are a student fee funded organization.

What does it cost to rent equipment from CEO (popcorn machine, snow cone machine, cotton candy machine)? 
All you have to do is fill out paperwork and to return the machine in the clean working order in which you received the item.

How do I become a member of CEO? 
There are two ways:
  1. Belong to an organization that is a member group of CEO.
  2. Join individually.

What are my responsibilities to CEO? 
  • Participate in the events we host.
  • Provide feedback.
  • Be actively involved as much as your schedule allows.
  • Come to meetings to get informed.

What are some of the benefits of CEO? 
Answer currently N/A.

How can my organization become a member of CEO? 
All student organizations whose programming include the promotion of a cultural diversity and awareness at the University of Houston and the surrounding community shall be eligible to be a member of CEO.

How can an organization join? 
Fill out the Group Application.
